Register here to reserve your Resource Fair Table
It's that time of year again! We are now accepting reservations for the 2026 New Faculty Orientation Resource Fair, and we'd love for your department, unit, or organization to join us.
Last year's Resource Fair drew in over 100 new Auburn faculty, and this year is shaping up to be even better! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with Auburn's newest faculty members and introduce them to the resources, programs, and services your office provides. Trust us, you don't want to miss it.
What We Provide:
- One 6-foot table
- Tent card with your department/unit/company name (as provided in your registration)
What to Bring:
- A rolling cart, wagon, or other means to transport your items
- Extension cord (if electricity is needed)
- Tablecloth and clear signage
- SWAG and table decorations (the more eye-catching, the better!)
Parking Details:
For Auburn University faculty and staff:
- The Biggio Center is unable to issue guest parking passes to current faculty or staff per Auburn University Traffic and Parking Regulations.
- Please carpool, if possible, to help reduce congestion.
- Park on Level 3 of the RBD Library Deck (enters on the 1st floor of the library).
For guests not affiliated with Auburn University: A guest parking pass from Parking Services will be emailed to the individuals listed in your registration closer to the event. Please note the following important instructions for using your guest pass:
- You must claim your pass before parking on campus to avoid any issues.
- We strongly recommend claiming your pass using a desktop or laptop computer, as the link in the email may not be viewable on a mobile device.
- If you do not receive or are unable to claim a guest pass, paid visitor parking spaces are available around campus via ParkMobile. Locations can be found at https://auburn.edu/administration/parking/visitors/
Accessibility & Parking:
- If you have a state-issued disability placard or license plate, please note that an Auburn University parking permit/pass is still required to park in accessible spaces on campus.
