EASL Academy 1.0 is a half day, interactive workshop that prepares faculty to teach effectively in Auburn's EASL (Engaged, Active Student Learning) classrooms. Participants explore best practices for making the most of active learning furniture and technology, and for structuring engaging small group work. This foundational session is the first step toward EASL certification for faculty who want to schedule courses in EASL designated spaces.
