3:00–4:30 p.m. Resource Fair
Set-up begins at 2:00 p.m.
RBD Library (Level 1) Innovation & Research Commons
Registration for the 2026 New Faculty Resource Fair is now closed.
Thank you to everyone who registered, we're excited to bring together over 30 departments, offices, and community partners for this year's fair. If you're one of our confirmed vendors, here's what you need to know before the big day.
What We Provide
One 6-foot table, and a tent card with your department, unit, or company name exactly as you listed at registration.
What to Bring
A rolling cart, wagon, or something similar to haul your things in. An extension cord if you'll need power. Your own tablecloth and signage. And bring the swag and table decor, the more eye-catching, the better.
Parking
For Auburn faculty and staff: per Auburn University Traffic and Parking Regulations, the Biggio Center can't issue guest parking passes to current faculty or staff, so plan to carpool where you can, and park on Level 3 of the RBD Library Deck (entrance on the library's first floor).
For guests not affiliated with Auburn: a guest parking pass from Parking Services will be emailed to the individuals listed on your registration closer to the event date. Claim the pass before you park on campus, and claim it from a desktop or laptop rather than a phone, since the link doesn't always display well on mobile. If a pass doesn't come through or won't claim, paid visitor parking is available around campus through ParkMobile (locations at auburn.edu/administration/parking/visitors).
If you have a state-issued disability placard or plate, you'll still need an Auburn parking permit to use accessible spaces on campus.
